“The Bird Day Party” is a play about a bar that is performed in an actual bar!
Welcome to Birdie’s, the least popular bar in town. When Birdie’s small group of irregular regulars throw her a birthday party against her wishes, the party seems to be over before it starts—until unexpected guests turn the evening into a madcap escapade!

Starring:
Timothy Farrell-Bandy, Mason Haas, Linda Havens, David Hodge, Lacey Morton, John Morton, Todd Spratt, Courtney Stewart, Mike Troub

Note: Seating is limited. There may be no tickets available at the door.
Appropriate for ages 16 and up.
The TILT restaurant will be taking orders from their food menu until 6:30 p.m. No food orders will be taken after 6:30 p.m. to allow the kitchen time to have all meals done before show time. Full bar service is available until 7:00 p.m. From 7:00 p.m. until show time, and during the 15 minute intermission, you may purchase from a selection of bottled beers, soft drinks, water, wine, and Birdie’s Brew, a specialty cocktail crafted by the TILT bartender especially for this play. You may take drinks to your seats.

One Acts Festival, Youth Edition
April 26 at 6pm, April 27 at 2pm
Griswold Auditorium

The Allegan Community Players' One Act Festival is a showcase of short plays, each a self-contained story performed in one act. It's a fantastic opportunity to experience a variety of theatrical styles and stories in a single performance. From comedies and dramas to thought-provoking pieces, the festival offers something for everyone. It's also a great chance for local actors, directors, and playwrights to share their talents with the community, and for many, it's their first experience with community theatre – whether on stage or in the audience! And, marking its 11th anniversary, this year's festival is a special youth edition, with all main roles performed by young actors 18 years old and younger!
