Theater in the Park

Theater in the Park will feature two one-act comedies: Soccer Mom-Mom, and They Came for Human Beans. Character descriptions are listed below. Sides will be available at auditions.

DEVIN: Female, early middle age. She is ambitious and scheming.
CONRAD: Male or female, twenties. Sensitive, excitable.
FRANK: Male, middle age. Conservative businessman. Demanding.
COLONEL BLACKBIRD: Female or Male, middle age. Military commander, gung-ho and in charge.
BETTY: Female, 60s to 70s, a grandmother, sweet on her grandchildren, but not to be messed with.
RON: Male, 60s to 70s. A grandfather, a romantic. In his youth would have been called a nerd.
CARL: Male, 60s to 70s. A grandfather, a loud mouth. In his youth, would have been called a bully.
REFEREE: Female, 20s to 40s. In charge of her field, and bossy.
